Students hard at work...The development has various units from two bedrooms to four bedrooms penthouse ranging from 2mil- 10 mil.....CRAZINESS seriously....i would rather buy a landed unit at Serangoon or Bedok if I have the money....so much premium u pay for the prestige n STATUS...pffffttt
The concept of the development is basically MIRROR MIRROR everywhere hence the name Reflection.....
Everywhere u go u are bound to find mirrors even in the kitchen, on the table, etc......seriously I think I will go mad if i see my reflection everywhere....then i will keep checkin my hair in the mirror....HAHAHAHA...checking hair...geddit geddit??LOL k watv...its this vain thing ALL guys do....seriouslyyy i swear....guys checking their hair in the mirror pffftttt..vomits
Dry kitchen concept/Bar top counter.....a new modern concept where light food is prepared without having to do a heavy "zi char" as quoted by the marketing lady...LOL....but they do have a real kitchen inside....interesting concept...say hello to the modern world.

But outside is ten hundred degrees hot like fucuktaofu seriously....OK overall I honestly am not impressed by the development at all....n so are most of my classmates...i think its because we are so used to viewing showflats and studying about marketing etc....therefore we are more critical in evaluating such things...for eg, ppl will be very impressed once they walk into the show unit whereas we all will go "wahlaooo no aircon so hot what kind of marketing is this"..."Walaooo why never put TV wan so no effort"..."never even bother building a door n a wall" blablabla....HAHAHAHA i think tht marketing person is damn dulan with us...oh wells.....thts what u get when u have bunch of seasoned RE students....
And for such a high end development which is actually no different than any other private condos IMO, i really think tht paying millions for a CONDO unit is overrated n STUPID....i can easily buy another equally nice and bigger condo at another location for half the price....whats so good about the waterfront seriously its HOT like fucuktaofu plus all the mirrors reflecting the heat...walao eh really!!!spend money on aircon is enuf to burn a hole in ur pocket as well as a hole in the earth lor....talk about energy efficiency...
