Pre-weekend outing

Met up with the 8Gz ppl on Fri night after work for dinner + movie + drinks.

Luckly I got to go to the site at Raffles Place (for the last time, sadly), n Step came to pick me up to go over to Orchard....she actually came early before 6 so I just asked my superior if I could "bounce off" early...n yes uhuh I COULD indeed!!!yayyy gotta love my work right...

Walked around abit with Step n had to resist the urge to buy shoes n bags (my number one weaknesses) coz Im broke n no pay check in yet :(.....Met CC n we decided to just go into the dinner place first before the arrival of the rest of the ppl.

Went to Jones the grocer @Mandarin Gallery....nice place with sucky food...rissotto tasted like a very rough lor mai kai n the pasta tasted like some Chinese zi char thing...according to them...i Didnt eat anything coz Im just Anorexic that way.loves it.

Gossiped like crazy in the very serene n atas environment, u know how loud those bitches' laughter n voices were...yes uhuhhh u know better than me right tell me bout it...goshhh Im embarrassed~

ZDY talk about HS, Ben & Jerry's, DF, etc etc...n i swear the whole restaurant can hear us....DUH~

Then we proceeded to Cathay for Step Up 3 but not in 3D coz everyone is OLD n we cannot take special effects...yes, FOL when Aili asked up to "Vote", unanimous decision for 2D!!!Gotta love our old selves!!!ZDY experience them doing a Back flip in front of your face laaaa....no thanks we dont like ppl to rub it in our faces ok we know we are old.

The Movie was....errrr....ok ok hold on, I know Im going to sound OLD here...but the movie was really just...errr...AAA OOO Kayyy....wasnt as fantastic as what everybody says....ok maybe we are dancers thats y we are being too....critical?Lotsa unnecessary scenes that made it almost Spoof-like....according to CT.."This is Jennifer's Body part 2"...Loves it....throughout the scene we kept laughing at scenes that are NOT funny....i swear the ppl in front of us wanna bitch slap us but they cant coz they could tell from our laughters tht we r capable of bitch slappin' them back yes uhuhhh.

N yes, ZDY watch a movie about DANCE when u are having outing with DANCERS laaaa..goshhh ppl cant we just be FRIENDS n not DANCERSSSSSSS.....sorry i think we are no longer dancers actually....we are just regular old working ppl who are not Great dancers....best thing tht Ive learned from the movie, "I stopped dancing coz Im just a good dancer, but you shouldnt, coz you are a Great dancer"...unfortunately, she is soooo RIGHT...yes people, time to accept the harsh reality n move on with our boring lives.

After movie, we went to Arthouse Timbre for drinks...at 12am....n I was really DYING already I swear....n i could sense tht them bitches were also DYING...DONT LIE!!!HAHA.....no live band, dirty seats with puke, eerie toilet....not exactly the nicest Timbre now aint it?

Reached home around 2plus...still feeling rather energetic after showering....n died til 9am the next day.....

N for the first time, I managed to "Catch" Bixs coming back from work....at 10am!!!HAHAHA....loves it....thank god her working shift ended this week...back to normal human working hours....we bitched a lil bit before she died n I went to collect my WORK PERMIT....gotta love having Work Permit yesss FML...when the whole world is holding the more atas Employment Pass, I have WP....no wonder the Doc treated me like that!!!But that is not a reason to treat ANY HUMAN like that okay regardless of your status.....bloody doctor.

Woots its a Saturday....u have no idea how precious weekends are to the working ppl...haha

Slept all the way til noon today to replenish all that is lost during the weekdays...woke up with my whole body aching, gotta love the aftermath of gym....So far I've already went twice (free pass), looks like I will sign up for it afterall....coz i think its really a good way to make use of my free time after work...yes, working ppl really have no life so might as well be fit n HOT...that shall be the consolation.

Yesterday was my syiok-est day at work coz i was following this other manager around n she is chaoo ji funny n nice n she keeps feeding me 24/7...the fierce manager was on maternity leave n the whole team was so...ahemmm...relieved...hahaha...the new manager even let me off at 5pm coz she heard me on the phone with CC telling him that i can only meet at 7...then she was like "Aiyah no nid so late la wanna go off early then go"...so by 5 she just Shoo-ed be off....gotta love that.

So i went to gym to work my ass off n we saw JoannePeh...ok la she's very fit, but we got FeliciaChin in NUS n KR pls...haha no link.

After gym Im suppose to meet up with the B block girls at Hol V but its at ten so i got lotsa time to spare...CC accompanied me to Hol V n we ate at the coffee shop n drank beer like uncles...drinkin in coffeeshop is the new in thing now...save lotsa money too ok!n lotsa HOT angmohs to look at as well....bonus bonus gao gaoooo...but only in Hol V that is...

Then the girls finally arrived one by one, n its almost 11 already...we just decided to chill at Walas....n then went back for supper at the same coffeeshop I was eating earlier on....ZDY!!!but its syiok n cheap so no complains....that place serves the best prata that i have eaten so far...n all their food are actually not bad wan, not those cheat angmoh kind..HAHA

Came back at 1 plus n for the first time i just died without showering coz I was so tired n a lil tipsy...OH BOY~..but i did showered in the gym already so I am not tht disgusting okayyyy...

Finally i got to experience the REAL working life this week...tho I started two weeks ago, this third week is really the ultimate REALITY for me....coz I have nothing to look forward to after working hours (i.e. dance).....its just me n my crib...dwellin' in my own misery n sleeping at 10 plus...

This is prolly the worst Monday Ive had (ok its only the third monday, no wait...its actually my FIRST monday come to think of it i oni started on Tues n last mon was hol HAHA)..ok no wonder its so bad coz its my virgin working monday oh yuan lai....

Firstly, the HR person came n told me in my face that My pants n shoes were inappropriate for work PADAHAL the whole world was dressing ten million times worse than me ok....I can easily walk out n seal a million dollar deal while those aunties can easily seal a one dollar deal haggling for bak chor mee at the hawker....GOSHHHH seriouslyyy....zdy question my dressing sense when i learned everything from Gisele......n how dare she told me that the shoes need to have straps at the ankle level when SHE HERSELF WAS WEARING A NON-STRAP PUMPS...zd want me to tell her "Nehhhh u also wearing non-strap wat"...GOSHHHHHH i swear these ppl deserve to be burned!!! (in the words of CT)HAHA couldnt agree more.

And I do have my own reason for wearing non-straps ok...its coz my legs are literally TORN left right up down....i swear im going to show her my flesh if she picked on me again tmrw....well, u all have seen me in my working attire, n U TELL ME ITS NOT FORMAL???its formal to the max already in fact its soooo formal i sometimes feel ashamed walking out in public....GOSHHHHHH

Anywayyyy....yea, bitchin bout work, cant really help it right?LOL....oh n tmrw I might be leaving my beautiful, atas site....so sad pls...i actually enjoyed being there coz the ppl are nice n the environment is also nice minus the super irritatin rich asses but im immune to that so I dont really care bout them....even the head of security told me tht he will miss me when Im gone plsss...in a fatherly way OKAY what were u thinking!!!!!N the ppl there are so funny n they are eating ALL THE TIME loves it plssss....free food I like!

So angry so angry omg

Today I went for another round of medical checkup to apply for my employment pass...n it was such a scary near death experience i've ever had while doing the blood test...i swearrrrr i aint exaggerating....

Well what happened was this, the doctor who was attending to me is obviously VERY VERY OLD as he had to use his old man glasses to read n write on my record card.....so I thought, ok he is obviously too blind to do the blood test n usually blood tests are done by nurses...n no, he just suddenly took out the gigantic syringe n rubbed my arms (very rough) with the anticeptic/alcohol n started flicking his fingers real hard to pop my veins...I SWEAR from that moment onwards i know he is just gonna ram the needle into my arms n I would be sent to the ER to amputate my arms next...

OK so i just kept praying tht the process would end quickly in fact, i was so nice n coorperative I didnt even voice my disatisfaction towards his very rude n rough treatment, i kept queit the whole time n was very poilte towards him...yes, he was RUDE also he didnt even look up and acknowledge me when I walked in n said "Hi, good afternoon"!!!Then he finally "found" my veins after tapping on them several times (my arm is already red by then even before the needle went in) n i just looked away hoping tht the process would end in 5secs, just like all my previous blood tests were...fast with minimal pain.

As i looked away, he poked the syringe in n then pulled it out again...poked again..pull out again..poke n poke n poke other places a million times...I SWEAR TO GOD at this rate I am so angry n hurt i burst into tears n SCREAMED....i have never done tht in my life because its so embarrassing...but I am so scared tht he would kill me i think i had to make some noise for the nurses to come in n check on me.....n one of them actually did came in n asked "Doc, if u cannot do it u can ask the nurses"....WTF!!!!!n he obviously ignored the nurses...

then he pulled out the needle n told me "Cannot find la..".....FUCK WHAT DO U MEAN CANNOT FIND AFTER STABBING ME SEVERAL TIMES...GAN PUA JIBAI FUCK!!!!i really wanted to say tht to him i swear.

Then i said, "Then how?"...n he said "Here la" (points to my hands, the area just below the knuckles where all the veins are)....n I was like "Are u sure...i have never seen ppl draw blood from here, its so fragile with bones"...n he looked at me like , why are u questioning me, i am a doctor...FUCK

The he just rammed the second needle in n i screamed n tears started streaming out i almost passed out.....i think fifty percent was pain n fifty percent was just ANGER....at times like this, I really wish I am a psycho so tht i can STAB him to death with tht syringe....even better if i got AIDS...stab him my needle.

Then after taking FOREVER to draw the damn blood, without any sympathy towards me ( I swear he treated me like a trash, maybe coz he did this med checkup on alot of foreign workers n I am just one of those foreign workers) he finally pulled out the damn needle n slapped the fucking handiplaster onto my hands like nothing happened....

After that i just furiously stormed out of the centre with face all red n drenched in tears...I really wanted to call my mum but I didnt want her to worry so I was just crying n crying while walking pass everyone in the shopping centre....n i decided to call CC, coz i just had to talk to somebody n he is like a father to me haha...n then i called CT also coz she is in this field....

POINT MEDICAL CENTRE AT JURONG POINT.....ok not all the ppl there are like tht, the previous female doctor i went to was very polite n nice, n the nurses are also very nice n helpful....but that OLD BLIND MAN just ruined everything for them...I will call them up n ask for his name....n then try to see what action can be taken....

A 3d2n break ~

Got a WELL DESERVED break from work finally!!!....even though its only 5 days HAHAHAHAHAHAHA loves it pls...like who goes on a break after they just started work for five days???US!!!yes uhuhhh

Well, to celebrate CT n my first week of work, Step got us a free room to stay at the Marina Bay Sands, a place tht ive always wanted to go but will never go coz its freakin exp n i dont gamble.....since both her mum n aunt are queen of gamblers, they got INFINITY points to spend on us in the hotel.....well, gotta love rich friends~

And to top it all up, MBS is just ten mins walk away from my site office which is the damn atas service apartment, THE SAIL...loves it...Im literally working n living the HIGH life now.....so i took a cab over to join the bitches who all got off work EARLY (omg can u believe it, n i have to work til past six!) to check into the hotel.....

Gotta love the workwear...u can go anywhere after working hours and still look FAB...


Our room on the 29th floor n we can see the whole Marina Bay area from the lift lobby....Aili n I caught some fireworks here when they were having the YOG rehearsal..

We even got to eat the 80dollars buffet dinner all sponsored n paid for by Step's aunt using her casino points....n tht is not inclusive of the Champagne n Wine we ordered...GOSH seriously we looked like buncha spoilt bitches poppin' Champagne n bitchin' our lives away for three hours while ppl were queueing like crazy waiting for tables....gotta love that..

We finally reached our hotel n the two of us kept getting false alarm of the fireworks...we ran like siao char bos to the lift lobby twice HAHAHA funniest moment everrrr.

The first official slavery

My first day didnt went well coz i was "fired" the moment i reached...LOL..sumthing happened to the employment pass yadayada long story short, i just cannot start work coz no permit n they asked me to start the next day so I very loser-ishly went home at 930am...n had my FINAL NAP loves it.

Its only two days n Im feeling so tired n worn out already although i really didnt do much....n i had six plasters on feet coz of the amount of walking in heels i have to do...yes, u WALK in singapore...sucks...n no, I wont wear flats coz i will look like a midget....so yea, i have to say byebye to my feet.

Right now Im still a very NEW newbie....at times i really felt like crap coz I know NOTHING n I hate the feeling of ppl treating you like a noob coz i know I aint one....but oh wells, thts WORK...just.gotta.suck.it.up and LEARN of course....stay positive stay positive stay POSITIVE.

One important thing I learned, THIS LINE AINT EASY thats for sure....ppl from my field always tend to think tht ppt management is for ppl who are of lower ranks, no degrees, etc....NOOOOOO...WRONG...there is soooo much more than just dealing with people's complains okay....I think I will learn so much I seriously do...hope this is really the right path for me....

Ohhhh...if i have the money I would go for lasik surgery so tht i dont have to poke my eyes n put on contacts every morning til night.....n i would go for bone constructing surgery to lengthen my legs so tht i dont have to tear my feet wearing heels to work every morning....

Yuan Lai stayin in HDB is not as bad as i thought...i might actually enjoy it....this place has got everything tht i need...in order to understand the term "Township", u gotta live in one....its really One Stop for everything....ok la, besides the Zaras n Topshops...LOL zdy

Oh n I am really really glad tht i chose to stay in this area because its really very very convinient..to the point tht Step kept "Driving" past n "Conviniently" pick me up to go out....HAHAHA zdy hang out for three days in a row right

Location and amenities wise, its really GOOD...so props to myself n Bix for picking this zai area to rock our lives.hahaha

Am suppose to stay home on Sunday to just chill n psyche myself for my first day of work tmrw....then i got a call from tht bitch Step who is "nearby" and wanted to pick me up to go Suntec to shop n chill...hahahhaa...yuan lai working ppl are really like tht....two words, NO LIFE....gotta love tht!



Really wanna see each other for 3 days in a row laaaaa!!!!!!!!well, four actually, plus tmrw when we have dance prac in hall...gossshhhhhhh
